Dominick, Rich and Joe all came to Reno July 9th to spend some time with us. They all stayed at the GSR. On the 10th we had a large meet and greet in our coach with Dom, Rich and Joe + locals Jim, Ruthie, Steve, Julia and Ken. The GSR in Reno July 2 to 23 (week 1)
We moved down to the RV Park next to the Grand Sierra Resort (a local hotel/casino) because we had a series of friends coming to visit us who stayed there and we could walk back and forth easily. Lots of activities those 3 weeks including: dinner at PF Changs with Roy and Jean Lassiter (3Continue reading “The GSR in Reno July 2 to 23 (week 1)”
On to Sparks June 17 to July 2

Also hadContinue reading “On to Sparks June 17 to July 2”
Our first stop in Reno June 8-17 and a wedding!

While there we took a side trip to Lake Almanor to attend the wedding of Rhonda and Dave,Continue reading “Our first stop in Reno June 8-17 and a wedding!”
Sacramento and lots of friends

We have a couple of nice casual dinner parties in our rig of eight people each night and they fit inside the rig very nicely. While DomContinue reading “Sacramento and lots of friends”
Our first stop in Paso Robles
We had stayed at Wine Country RV Park twice in our last rig and really enjoyed it, so what better place to start our new journey. We met some great new friends there, Scott played some golf with them and Leslie went wine tasting.
Problems in Phoenix
We arrived in Phoenix September 6th. This is much earlier than we planned because our dear friend Butch got married on the 7th and our oldest son James is marrying his beloved Alma on the 25th. The first problem was the heat as it has been over 105 degrees every day. Then as I wasContinue reading “Problems in Phoenix”
Pork Belly Tacos with friends and family at the coach
Pat Kelly made truly tasty pork belly, which we converted to shredded for tacos. Wonderful evening for all.
